Prepare Payroll has lost Bank feed

Question

I'm trying to process a payroll urgently.

Last payroll run a fortnight ago was fine. Since then, a change has been made to MYOB Business and menu items are on the left instead of at the top and now I have this problem.

I go into Payroll/Prepare wage payments, and it tells me "Account details missing" I can't go further with payroll processing as the only option it gives me is to Download a bank file!!

The message Account details missing must be incorrect as when I go to Banking/Bank transaction it is still showing bank transaction correctly (including the electronic payroll payments made from the bank yesterday which I am trying to process in payroll).

Thank you but I think I found a better work around using a different menu/navigation option.

Instead of going into "Payroll/Prepare wage payments", I tried 'Create/Payrun" and everything worked as it had before the upgrade. YAY. :-)

I think it would be good for users to know this - maybe put it on next month's email regarding changes?

Hi julie-d&nbsp;One of my clients I think has sort of the same issue as you are explaining.&nbsp; When investigating I took screen shots at the time so sharing them now.&nbsp; Not sure if it is the same scenario however this is how I fixed.&nbsp; &nbsp;Go to the bank reconciliation screen (Untick both transactions):1 - if both transactions are ticked (untick them)&nbsp;2 - Double click on the transaction that is not the electronic payment&nbsp;3 - Go back to the Bank Transactions and it should state possible match foundHope this helps.&nbsp;
