Superannuation Pyament not able to be matched

I am unable to match a Superannuation transaction to the transaction prepared when processing in SuperStream.

All figures are the same, however it is not coming up as an available match, therefore throwing the bank balance out as it is showing 2 transactions if allocated to Superannuation Payable.

    hi

     

    Obviously you are able to see the transaction in the general ledger

     

    Go into it and check the details

    Is it allocated to the correct bank account? Is it in electronic clearing account?

     

    It might be something there
