Transaction Missing

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.

 

In this case, please try manually clicking on "Get Bank Transactions" now. and check if the missing transactions are downloaded. This is because that we found there was a brief period that when automated bank feeds were not enabled. some transactions were not downloaded automatically. clicking on the button again solves the issue. 

 

If the missing transaction are still missing, then please do take a screenshots of what's shown in Bank Feeds, send it via Private Message together with your serial number and the bank statement. Make sure that sensitive information cannot be posted on the Forum.
