Inventory Issues - negative

Hi

 

We have inventory problems.

 

We need to run a script.

    Last 4 digits of serial number is 3606
    Company File ID is 6.

     

    IS there any way we can adjust inventory without this result occurring going forward, or are we able to correct the issue at our end if this happens again.

     

    Can you tell me how long you expect this to take.

    Hi StephenF ,

    This issue can sometimes occur due to a software discrepancy. Currently, when this happens, we can only fix it by running a script on the backend. I have arranged for an online script to run on your file, which should resolve the issue. Please log out and then log back in to check if it is resolved.

    I have checked but some balances have gone to positive but a lot is still in negative.

     

    Is this because of another error maybe?
