Active & Idle session timeout settings

Hi,

For our organisation's ISO27001 certification, we need to know or find out if the active session timeout settings and the idle timeout settings are reconfigurable on the user profile for the web portal (or anywhere else?). If not, alternatively, can we find out the default values for both the Active & Idle session timeout settings?

    Hi DTQM 

     

    To my knowledge, there is an undisclosed timeout for sessions for the MYOB Business platform. However, this is not a configurable setting and it is likely browser-based. 

    In saying that, I commonly have MYOB Business open throughout the day and do need to go back to it to check things. On 90% of the occasions, it has me still logged in and ready to go even after an extended period of time.
