Is it just my old-school brain that does not cope with the fact that there is no ability to backup Pro or Lite files as they are web based?? I always like to have a backup before I close a year but it seems that is no longer possible. Does anyone have a work around??

You're not alone! A lot of folks who’ve moved over from AccountRight or other desktop setups really miss having that manual backup button, especially at EOFY time. Since MYOB Business Pro and Lite are fully cloud-based, there’s no manual backup option like we used to have, but the good news is MYOB takes care of secure automatic backups behind the scenes.

That's great but my understanding is that these backups MYOB does are deleted after 6 months.
