Can't get an undeposited fund payment into bank rec, first question here and new to myob hope Im posting in right area

So all of our customers payments go direct into our bank DD and I can see these on the bank statement my boss sends me. I then get the remittance advice and go to the INV and allocate payment manually as such. This is the first time it looks like the customer pays through myob , first time ever and it looks like it self allocated which is great but for some reason is still not in my bank rec? Its all very recent dates ....inv 30th sept and paid 2nd Oct...when I went to delete it all and redo the whole thing it says you cant delete something from last financially year too, which is even stranger. Anyway here it all sits automatically in undeposited funds??How can I get it into this months rec

    Hi JulieInPerth,

Thanks for sharing the detailed post and screenshot. Transactions from Undeposited Funds are automatically recorded to the bank account, so I recommend waiting a day or two. If your online payments aren’t being matched automatically, please refer to this help page for step-by-step guidance. Automatically matching online payments

    Regards,
    Earl

  • Thanks it has been over a week and all that I can see is the attached picture above in relation to this INV and payment and the fact I can see it in our bank, just not sure why it hasn't gone into bank rec automatically or do I need to do something

    Hi JulieInPerth,

This can be quite tricky. In this case this would need further assistance by our back end team so they can dig deeper. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

    Regards,
    Earl
