I have two businesses under my email login credentials, my own business and the business of a client i do bookwork for. I would like to separate the two so i can hand my client's myob back to her to manage her own business. Whats the best way to go about this?

I would just invite the other email address to the business and then remove the access of the original if no longer required.
Help Articles: Inviting a user to your MYOB business & Edit and delete users would be the ones to look into for that process.

I don't think that's going to work as i need to keep the login in email for my business but separate hers away from it. I don't want her to have access to mine as well.
