Changed USER TYPE from 'file user' to 'Online Admin'

I have a user email but also the OWNER email.

 

I logged in using the OWNER email and changed one my USER email from 'File user' to 'Online admin'.

 

Now when try to log in with the USER email the business doesn't show up? therefore unable to access it.

    It sounds like you've encountered an unexpected hurdle during your user-type transition. I've reviewed your account details, and I've attempted to refresh the administrator access in hopes that it would resolve the issue of accessing the business file with your user email. 

     

    If refreshing the administrator's access doesn't work, it may indicate a more complex underlying problem that requires further examination. In such cases, I encourage you to seek assistance from our virtual assistant, MOCA, available on our website for real-time support. Alternatively, you can submit a support request through myaccount.myob.com for further assistance.
