Connect to 3rd party app but says I'm not the admin
Hi all,
I tried to connect to a 3rd party app, but received an error message saying that I'm not the admin. We have been using both MYOB and that 3rd part app for many years and it's the first time we received this error message.
I've also contacted MYOB support and they've confirmed that I'm using the admin account. What can I do now to solve this issue? Many thanks.

Further to my previous message, a few of our affected cutomers reported the message does appear, but doesn't cause any issues and the connect button will work.
