Customer Statement after Financial Year roll over

Since rolling over the financial year I cannot gather a customer statement showing all customer invoices & payments made from the previous financial year?

    Hi CCA2018,

    This seems unusual. Could you please try clearing your browser’s cache and history to see if the problem continues?  You can also reach out to our back end team so they can dig deeper into this. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
