Error: You don't have access... contact the owner.

I am a sole trader, and besides my accountant, I am the only person who uses this MYOB account. Whenever I try to enter the backend of my account to adjust payment details, view my past invoices etc I am told to contact the owner. 

 

As the owner of the business, I can assure you I have been in contact with myself. How do I get around this? 

 

Phone service has told me it's been fixed in the past but the same problem is still occurring.

    I have checked the email address and logged in with my business email as mentioned in the error. Now, when I attempt to enter my account portal I am sent back to the login page, I log in using the email shown in the error and I am sent back to the login page in a loop.

    I have restarted chrome and attempted again and was able to gain access. Thank You for your help.
