Error: You don't have access... contact the owner.
I am a sole trader, and besides my accountant, I am the only person who uses this MYOB account. Whenever I try to enter the backend of my account to adjust payment details, view my past invoices etc I am told to contact the owner.
As the owner of the business, I can assure you I have been in contact with myself. How do I get around this?
Phone service has told me it's been fixed in the past but the same problem is still occurring.
