File is read only - access needed

We need help unlocking a client file that is read only. We are unsure why it is read only as subscription payment is up to date and we are the file owner.

    If your file is in read-only mode and your subscription is up to date, our support team will need to check your account. Please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can take a closer look and get this sorted for you.
