MYOB ACCESS CANCELLED

Hi there,

 

My access to MYOB Essentials has been cancelled even though the business administrator hasn't removed me from MYOB. He has checked and it still says I am active.

 

How do we rectify this please??

 

I urgetly need to work on his file
