I am the new accountant for a client who uses MYOB
The previous accountant is listed as the owner of the client file
How do I get this changed so that the old accountant is no longer listed as the owner of the MYOB file?

Thanks for your post. The primary contact for an account has the authority to request an update to the AccountRight Live Owner's user access. They can complete the change of details form available on this help page. change-of-details-AU-form.
