New Financial Year

Question

Hi there, I am relatively new at MYOB and I am needing some help. I purchased MYOB Business Pro a few years ago, however I have only been using it for invoicing. I did have the bank feeds set up but because of some issues with credit cards etc I never used it to its full extent. I have numerous unallocated transactions showing up on my dashboard - is there any way to clear everything so I can start from 0?

I now have all my bank feeds set up properly and I wish to start a fresh for the 2025-2026 financial year. I was using my own spreadsheets for BAS/Tax and my accountant was only using those spreadsheets along with the invoices I generated from MYOB.

It’s so cool to hear you’ve got your bank feed up and running, way to go! Now, about those unallocated transactions from unused bank feed, you’ve got a couple of nifty options to clean things up. You can either match them manually to existing transactions or ask our team to handle a bulk deletion for you. Just a heads-up, bulk deletion can only be done for transactions within a specific date range, not one by one.
