Hi JYU,
Thanks for your post. It seems like it was not set up properly. Here's what I suggest:
- Check Employee Details: Ensure all your employees' details are filled out completely.
- Create a Location: Set up a location, then add a roster if needed.
- Add an Approving Manager: Assign an Approving Manager in the main dashboard under Payroll >> Employees.
- Reinvite Employees: If you've already set this up, remove and re-add your employees to resend the invite.
- Approve Timesheets: Approve your employees' timesheets to sync them for payroll creation. You will also have the option to edit them if necessary.
