Allocation of Super Bank Account

Hi.

Last year we moved banks, so now we have a new account and new bank.

All things I managed to find and have changed in MYOB, bank feed etc all good but I noticed with end of year things that although superannuation payments are taken from the new account they are allocated to the old, now closed account still.

I cannot for the life of me find where to change this automatic allocation to the new bank account.

Can someone please show me, how/where?

    Hi PFP1,

     

    First up, double-check the account that's currently linked to your super payments in MYOB. If it's still pointing to your old, closed account, you'll need to get MYOB to update it for you. It's not something you can tweak directly in the software, but no dramas—it's a straightforward process. Chat with our team through our virtual assistant MOCA or drop us a support ticket via MyAccount so we can sort it out for you.
