Annual Leave Entitlement Adjustment Payroll NZ

Its just been brought to my attention that two of our four employees didn't have the 4 weeks leave entitlement added at their anniversary date in 2023 (the other two there were no issues)

 

What is the BEST was to adjust their Balances in Payroll NZ? (I can see that it has functioned for 2024, but just not for 2023)

    Hui misstams - thanks for your question.

     

    You can adjust an employee's leave balance using the Opening leave balance in the employee's contact record (Payroll menu > Employees > click the employee > Leave tab > Annual holidays > Opening leave balance).
