Cannot access payrun function

Can anyone help me please...

I can log in to MYOB Business and access all functions except for the "Pay runs" function.  When I click on payruns it says loading but never loads.  This has been like this for three days, and I need to pay my staff! Has anyone had this issue?  Need help urgently :(

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum! When this happens, I would recommend clearing your browser's cache and history or trying to log in from a different browser. Additionally, if the issue persists, please attempt logging in from a different browser or device.

    Please do let me know how you go on this.

    Thanks for responding.  I have tried all of these things but the problem persists.  I spent several hours on the phone with MYOB support and all they were able to advise me was what you have advised here.  They were unable to advise any further action, and therefore I still have the problem.  They will escalate the case and someone will call tomorrow.  It's a real problem when the tech experts at the MYOB end cant fix it!  I have everything crossed that tomorrow will bring some answers but I am not confident of this.  In the meantime, my staff are still waiting to be paid...

    I also have had this problem for the past week, and I was told there was no issues that could be seen and told to login from my phone. 

    I tried this and still can't access my pay runs. For someone else to also have this problem, I believe this is a MYOB issue not a user issue, but still have no solution provided!

    Oh that doesn’t sound good at all. It’s been 5 days for me, hours of being on hold and going around in circles with trouble shooting. At the request of myob support I have tried to access the file from various different browsers on different computers (Mac and pc) and iPhone. I have cleared the browsing history on all devices. None of this has changed a thing and has been a complete waste of my time. It is definitely a software issue at the MYOB end, which they have agreed and they assure me I will receive an update today… hmmmm we’ll see

    I have same issue, Payrun is going to endless loop and not loaded. I faced this issue today,

    Hi SaraE,

     

    I understand that you're having trouble with the pay run loading endlessly. A quick fix might be to clear your browser's cache and history. This can help resolve website issues and optimise performance. You can also try logging in from a different browser or device.   • Hi there,

     

    Any resolution with this?  Has been 3 days for me too.  Have used my mac and my ipad, chrome and safari cleared the cache on everything.  Live chat cut me off last night at 7pm and then they said they won't be back on line until Monday.  Staff should have been paid on Thursday.  Seems like a lot of people have had this problem but no resolutions have been posted.

    Hi HeyJup,
    Mine was resolved. They fixed by themselves. But quick solution is go to payrun centre and try to process payrun from command centre instead of shortcut.
