Employee Onboarding

Has anyone else had a problem this week with Employee Onboarding?

 

I set up a new employee as usual and received an email when she had completed her details, however it had saved nothing.

 

We had four more attempts at doing this and she was able to add most information herself except bank details, which didn't come up for an option at all, so I added them myself.

 

I have never had this problem before.

    That does sound odd, especially if you got the completion email but nothing was saved, and no bank details section is showing.

    Thank you but all details have been added now.

     

    I onboard employees quite regularly and have not seen this before.

     

    Will reach out if it happens again in the future.
