end of year finalisation

How do you know when the ato has accepted EOYF /

My employees are saying they still have not recieved their payment summary in their MY GOV account ?

Please help have i done it correctly by just submitting the eoyf in the payroll section >? 

PS I am a novice

    Hi cmcclure,

     

    Thanks for reaching out.

     

    If you were to navigate to the Payroll dropdown > Single Touch Payroll > EOFY FInalisation > do you see a tick against your employees in the 'Final indicator' column? If a tick is present it means the finalisation has been sent from the software. However, if the tick is not present, you will need to confirm their totals are correct, then tick each employee followed by clicking the 'Finalise and notify the ATO' button.
