Final pay not included in EOFY finalisation

My client has processed their final pay for 2025.  Date of payment was 30/6/2025 but the STP EOFY YTD Verification report is not including the final pay in the YTD figures for any employees. Anyone else had this issue?

  • Hey Davo76,

Pay runs with 30/06/2025 payment date should absolutely show up in the YTD figures on the STP EOFY YTD Verification report. It’s worth having a look at the payroll register and payroll activity reports first to make sure those final amounts are recorded. If everything’s lining up there but still missing from the YTD Verification report, sending an update event should do the trick and get those figures refreshed on the STP end. Also, if “Gross payments YTD” doesn’t quite match between the EOFY Finalisation page and your YTD Verification report, it’s because the figure shown as “Gross payments YTD” is actually the “Total payments” on the YTD Verification report, which leaves out any terminations or allowances as they go on their own lines. You aren’t seeing double and nothing’s gone missing, it’s just split up for reporting.

    Cheers,
