Final Pay
Our organisation processes pay on a fortnightly basis, with the last pay period ended 1 March. This payrun was processed in advance on 17 February, but not paid until 4 March, due to leave being taken by the payroll officer. We have an employee who left on 26 February 2026, but was not included in the 1 March payrun due to variable hours worked. How do I process this final pay? Thank you

Appreciate for outlining the dates so clearly We can confirm that because this employee wasn’t included in the pay run for the period ended 1 March 2026, you don’t need to delete or redo that pay run.
