I have a staff member leaving this week which is the end of our fortnightly pay.
I have completed this wage run to weekend 29th June.
We are going to pay him for another two weeks - up to 8th July.
How do I complete the extra weeks pay please.

The extra two weeks’ pay can be processed just like your regular pay run. You’ll handle their hours or leave as you usually would, and it’ll all tie together neatly.
