Issue with Payroll

I keep getting this message when trying to open Payroll PDF and e-mail to worker "Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID: 04ce3f94-9401-414c-8891-edb3bf6817ad"  Very frustrating.

    Hi Zachrbert1 

    Thank you so much for your post. We do recommend on clearing up your browser's cache and history and try logging in from a different browser.

    Hi Zachrbert1 

     

    Thanks for the update.

     

    To correct the situation, I would recommend to check the Payroll Details > Employment details > Make sure that the Default pay slip delivery is set to To be emailed. Also, please check the Payroll Settings > Pay slip email defaults. Make sure to set up the From name and Reply-to email address correctly. Once done, please try to email the pay slips to the employees.
