Leave Loading Double Dipping on Leave Accrual Hours

It's worth checking if there are any hours entered there that could be contributing to this issue. You can remove those hours. Sometimes, if leave hours are pre-filled in the Standard Pay, this could double up during a pay run which would explain why the leave loading is siphoning off extra hours from their accrued leave. I've done all that.  Leave hours are not pre-filled, holiday leave loading has been added to exemptions - I have messaged through MyAccount because I just can't see what I need to change.  It's rather frustrating and I feel like I'm going in circles. (It's likely something not obvious that my frazzled brain hasn't picked out yet) but I have followed the step by step instructions.
