Make Annual leave adjustment

I have paid my staff the annual leave in the last pay run but it still shows on her payslip that Annual leave available 4.88 hours.  How do I adjust this to reflect Annual leave available is 0.

 

Also I noticed that the Annual leave accrued is not reading correctly.  How do I edit this?

    Hi

    annual leave accrues every pay run 

    so you are accruing even when on leave - therefore there will usually be a total . It should only be zero on the final pay when an employee leaves.

     

    When you say the accruals are not reading correctly- can you provide some further information about what you mean please
