MYOB Team- No Timesheets

Hi,

 

The past few weeks I have been having issues with MYOB Team. 

My boss and I work with MYOB payroll for our clients but also use this for our own wages. I use team to submit my timesheets, which worked well for a few weeks until I could no longer log in for about a week, tried deleting and reinstalling the app, until one day I could again. 

Got access back, but now I can no longer view any of my timesheets to change hours etc. 

When I submit a timesheet and go back to the screen it is instantly gone, so I cannot view it. However, my timesheets are still being submitted to my boss. (Most of them, at least, this week she only received 4 days out of 5) 

This is getting frustrating as I have not been able to view my timesheets for weeks, meaning I cannot change my hours or change incorrectly submitted dates- due to the system this is usually because it changes it from AM to PM without me choosing. My boss is having to manually enter in my hours so that they are correct, defeating the whole purpose of having the MYOB Team app. And yes, I have deleted and reinstalled, logged in and out... multiple times.

    Sorry to hear you're having such a tough time with the MYOB team. It's frustrating when things don’t work right, especially after trying all the usual fixes. Since you've already tried deleting and reinstalling the app and logging in and out multiple times, it might be worth deleting the location and recreating it to invite all approving managers and employees again. Also, make sure your app and device's operating system are up-to-date, as updates can sometimes resolve these issues.
