Myob team app

Is there an issue with myob teams none of our employees can log in? 

We have no pending updates,  can you please advise.

    Thank you for your post.

     

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the MYOB team app. There are some users who have the same issue, and the team is still looking into it. First, can you please try the troubleshooting steps to see if the issue persists?

    • uninstall and reinstall the app.
    • delete the location and re-create, re-invite employees

    If this doesn't work, please let me know so I can further assist. I'll include this post and raise a ticket for further investigation.
