Hi Deafa,
Thank you for your post and I can see that you are unable to finalize your payroll as you no longer have an active subscription with MYOB. In order to finalize it you have to have an active subscription. You can resubscribe via myaccount within 60 days of cancelling your subscription. This means you'll be able to continue using your MYOB business file without having to start a new one. If it's been more than 60 days since you cancelled your subscription, you'll need to sign up for a new subscription and create a new business file if you are using a MYOB Business but if you are using an Accountright you may use your back up file.
