pay run - employee timesheet not showing

hi I'm trying to create a fortnightly pay run. There is one employee who is set up to be paid fortnightly. There is no termination date for this employee. There are timesheets for the period saved. Why isn't the timesheet showing up? 

It shouldn't be this hard.

    We're sorry for the delayed response.

     

    When processing pay run with saved timesheet, make sure to select the 'Next' button so that the timesheet will show up. Also, it is worth it to check if the employee profile is still active. To check it, go to Payroll > Employees > Select the employee name > under Contact details, please ensure that 'Inactive employee' is not ticked.
