Hi,
I tried to process a payday filing for the period 1-Sep to 7-Sep. but I got the following error.
IRD - MYOB authorization is valid and no changes to employee details since the week before so IRD details should still valid.
It is frustrating that there is no support email or phone to call.
Anyone has experienced something similar would really appreciate the advice.

That’s definitely not the news you wanted after things were working smoothly last week. The IR error code 1: Authentication Failure means the link between IR and MYOB has dropped out for the person who submitted the employment info. Even if there haven’t been any changes. The best step is to check this link for errors and rejections in payday filing.

I did that, and I am not sure what to do next.
Do I delete the payrun and start again? or remove the authorisation with IRD and set it up again?
