Hi kevinmargetson,
My apologies for the late response, To resolve this issue, kindly follow these steps: Navigate to Payroll > Pay items, select the base hourly item, and scroll down to Exemptions. If PAYG Withholding is visible in the Exemptions section, remove it and save the changes.
Furthermore, please review each pay item to ensure it is included in the PAYG calculation for the specific pay run, not limited to the base hourly item.
