Hi, I have been advised there has been an issue allowing access to my business in the payroll portal. When I follow the prompts it sends me to a web site that is basically selling me the product. I need to pay wages today and cannot get in to load timesheets. How do I go about this please?

You can now process payments without any issues. If you encounter any errors in the future, you can always check our status hub to see if there's an ongoing issue and to get an update. Regarding the website you mentioned above that directed you to purchase products, make sure that you are using the correct URL when accessing your account.
