Payroll not in employee account

Hi, I've run my first payroll.  Super has transferred as expected.  All of my reports show the pay run, I have a pay slip produced etc.  However the money (which shows as having left my account on my dashboard etc.) has not arrived in the employees account.  Banking details are correct so the funds are "held" somewhere in transit (a clearing account perhaps?).  Please help

    It sounds like everything is set up correctly, but the funds haven't reached your employees' accounts yet. Let's get this sorted out for you. There are possible reasons why the fund is not yet on the employees' account. Ensure that the bank processing times have been accounted for. Depending on the bank, it might take a few business days for the funds to be transferred to the employees' accounts. In addition, reach out to your bank to confirm if there are any issues or delays on their end. They might be able to provide more information on the status of the transfer.

      Thanks Doreen but this isn't the issue as I can see it.  Days later the money hasn't moved out of the business account or into the employee account.  I'm thinking there must be something wrong with how I've instructed the pay run to happen, even tho the payslips etc. are correct.

    There could be several reasons why the funds haven't arrived in your employees' accounts yet. It might be due to bank processing delays, incorrect bank details, bank holidays, or technical issues. Wait a few days, contact your bank or payroll provider, verify bank details, and check payroll software logs for more information.
