Thank you for the post. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue with your payroll runs not appearing in the bank transaction list.
Please make sure that your payroll settings are correctly configured. Verify that the payroll transactions are set to be recorded in the correct bank account. Verify as well that your bank feeds are correctly set up and active. Then try to manually reconcile the accounts. Go to Banking>Reconcile Accounts, select the account, and ensure that all payroll transactions are correctly recorded and reconciled.
