I apologize for the delayed response. To address the situation, please review the Pay slip delivery method. Navigate to Payroll > Employees, click on the employee's name, select Payroll details, and check the default pay slip delivery. For more detailed instructions, refer to the Help Article: Viewing pay runs and pay slips.
