Re: Payslips not emailing

I am Having the same issue but only with one of my companies I try to then download the PDF so I can send it and I get an error message Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browse.  If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID 575268be-eb55-42ac-846f-4ea093712b7d.    this doesnt help me does someone know how to fix

Secondly, it could be helpful to check with other individuals who have access to the company file to see if they're experiencing a similar problem. Lastly, it's important to confirm your user access permissions to make sure you have the necessary rights to access and modify payroll information.
