Hi Tatoah,
For anyone to have access to the Teams kiosk or Teams app, they’ve gotta be listed as an employee in the business file first. It’s all tied to employee records.
First up, check if you’re already added as an employee and have received and accepted the invite. Once that’s sorted, you should be able to get into the Teams app without any dramas.
