    Hi lillian13,

Thank you for the post. To assist you better, could you please provide more details about the specific error you are seeing in the YTD verification report? This information will help us identify the root cause and find a solution more efficiently.

Try to send an update event as well. This will update the figures and ensure that the ATO receives the correct amount.

    Regards,

    Sai

    Thank you Sai for reply!

Update event sent, but no change. The payslip use base hourly to calculate wages, this YTD is correct. And also payslip has base salary $0 with YTD figure $30. I reversed this pay run, checked Finalization report this employee still has the $30 YTD earning.

    Hi lillian13,

To ensure everything is set up correctly, please check the payroll categories used in the pay run. It's important to confirm that each category has been assigned to the appropriate ATO reporting category. This helps ensure accurate reporting and compliance with ATO requirements.

    Regards,

    Sai

  • Thank you Sai,

This employee’s payroll setting was checked, there's nothing different with other employees. Please advise which item setting result in opening YTD figure.
