STP Payroll year end errors
Hi to all having probs with STP verification report not agreeing to MYOB payroll reports.
My Verification report was not including any terminated employees in the Total Salary & wages or the ATO reporting category sections of the report and those individuals did not show any Gross wages, bonuses or Super - but their PAYG was correct - weird, no sense!
I followed this advice -
1. In Payroll reporting STP , undo the Termination notification to the ATO & re submit
2. In MYOB, take off the termination dates & inactive card status
3. In MYOB, process a nil payroll dated 30/6/2022 for these terminated employees and send via STP to ATO
4. Leave until status shows Accepted (did have some earlier ones showing Accepted with errors!)
5. Return to the STP reporting area & re run the reports - this time I had success and the individuals had the correct info on their individual "summary of payment" Summary report.
