Teams App not scrolling

Hi. The teams app itself is working fine. I can add timesheets, leave etc. But when I'm on the timesheet page, anything that I cannot see on the screen and have to scroll down for.... the app automatically closes and does not let me scroll down. So I can see the first week of timesheets bit not the second and have to message finance every fortnight to ensure all my timesheets are there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times to no avail. And it had no updates required. What is going please. I'm an Android user and it seems to be in ok iPhone. I've checked with colleagues. Only Android users are having the issue. TIA

    Thanks for giving us the lowdown. Sounds like a real pain having to chase up timesheets every fortnight when the MYOB Team app keeps crashing. Since it's working sweet as on iPhones but not playing nice on Android, there's a couple of things that might sort it out:

     

    • First up, double check your phone's on the latest firmware update, and make sure your Android security updates are up to date too.
    • Next, clearing the Google Play Store cache and data— sometimes a bit of digital spring cleaning does wonders.
    • You can also uninstall any Play Store updates (yes, just the updates, not the whole thing) and then reinstall the MYOB Team app after that.
