Unable to view payslip

I am getting the attached error message every time I try to view a pdf payslip in a payment to my employee.  It is also not e-maiing through to my employee.  I urgently need this fixed.  I have cleared my cache etc., an it hasn't worked.  Can someone please contact me tomorrow morning from 6.30am on to fix this over the phone.   I have phoned MYOB and sat on the phone for 3 hours where someone said this would be fixed.  Nothing has happened.

    Hi Zachrbert1 

     

    Thank you for your post.

     

    I would suggest to check on Payroll Details >> Employment details and make sure that Default pay slip delivery is set to be printed. Another thing is check your Payroll Settings >> Pay slip email defaults if you have set up the Form name and Reply - to email address correctly.
