Accounts missing from Adj Trial Balance Report

Hi I am hoping someone can tell me why when I run an adjusted trial balance report majority of my income categories are missing from it? And then how do I correct this? Any assistance is appreciated, I am beyond frustrated at this point....

    I get how frustrating it can be when your trial balance report is missing some categories. To start fixing this, try clearing your browser cache. This can often solve weird display issues. If that doesn't work, check your report filters. Make sure all relevant accounts are selected and no unnecessary filters are applied. Also, try filtering other months to see if the categories show up.

     

    If you're still having trouble after these steps, you'll need to contact our support team with screenshots of the report for a closer look. You can reach them on live chat via the virtual assistant MOCA or by raising a support ticket through My Account.

  • Sorry It's not just income categories it's also expense categories?

    Unfortunately I tried your suggestions and to no avail. So Ive logged a support ticket >.<
