Error Message - Payables Reconciliation Report with Tax

I have tried this report a few times and I am getting the error message - Something went wrong.  This issue is Account Right Web browser

    Hi Umag, 

     

    I'm just touching base regarding your concern with the Payables Reconciliation report. Feel free to send us a copy of the console log if your issue persists until now.

    Hi Umag,

     

    Thanks for the update.

     

    Please confirm the last four digits of your serial number and the company file ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight) of the file you're having issues with.

    Hi Doreen just wondering if you had a chance to look at my file as I need the report for a building license application
