Incorrect balances in balance sheet report

When I run a balance sheet report there are some current asset accounts that should be 0 but they have amounts in them. When you click on the amount to see the transactions, there are no transactions and the beginning and end balances are 0.

Why are these accounts showing amounts when they should be 0?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi Karenann71_, 

     

    If you're experiencing an unusual issue, I recommend creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window so our support team can investigate your concern. It's also a good idea to have screenshots handy in case the support team requests them via email.

     

    In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.
