Hi Kitchendesigns,
I get that TPAR includes suppliers despite not having the Report payments untick. To help you with this, clearing your browser cache will refresh the data you have or using a different browser. In addition, you can check with other users of the file to see if they're experiencing the same thing.

Have done all of the above and the report is still showing incorrectly

I understand that the issue persists even after doing the workarounds provided above. With that, your issue with TPAR showing suppliers that shouldn't be on the report may require more investigation to fix it.
