Reports are not generating properly

Hello

when trying to down load customise Aged Payable (unpaid bill report ) , the report is not showing the as it used to. Is something going on with MYOB. This has been happening since Yesterday

    Hi there MEL-Jenny,

     

    There are no reported issues regarding the Aged Payable report. Since the Aged Payable report isn't showing as it used to, you can use a different browser or have other users of the file generate the report. If it's still not showing properly, you'll need to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on live chat via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
