anyone know how to enable invoice activity?

In the previous version of myob, this used to show if an invoice had been created, saved, printed or emailed.

 

Now it just says 'created' 

I can download it, email it or print it and it does not update. Ever.

Not after saving, not after refreshing the browser.

 

Not when logging out then back in and not a week later.

 

Does this work? Is there something I need to do to enable it?

      Hi and thank you for your prompt reply.

       

      You have referred me to a 3 year old thread where many people complain that this feature does not work after an update, and there has been no repair of that feature, nor has it been removed. I note that there has been no comment or action from MYOB on that thread.

      If I was MYOB I'd be pretty embarrassed that broken features are still visible after 3 years with no action taken.

      I will certainly be lodging a case via myaccount - I must say that it is hard to find support, MYOB seems to try its hardest to shove us all into this 'crowdsourcing' page in the hope that other users will solve your problems for free, instead of providing your paying customers with a well structured, well documented wiki.

       

      MYOB - Happy to take our money with ever increasing fees, incapable of fixing the bugs in your systems.

    I now turn off the attach PDF toggle  when sending (when I remember to do it) so that there is no attached file to the email when sent. That way, customs have no choice but to view online.

    This automatically updates the activity column to viewed or downloaded.
